ABOUT YOUR COACH
The modern lifestyle actively changes the way we use our bodies, which weren’t designed to sit at desks, have a mobile phone permanently attached to our hands, or slouch in front of the TV.
When I became a model, I turned to gymnastics, bodyweight training and yoga to maintain a certain silhouette and body shape. But I quickly found that my previous focus on what I looked like, rather than how I was moving, was causing me problems:
1. I was ridiculously tight (I couldn’t touch my toes, sit in a squat or do basic movements that a human should be able to perform)
2. A lot of pain (which I had spent a lot of money on therapies in an attempt to resolve) I developed my revolutionary Frampton Method to help people relearn their body’s innate movements, improve flexibility, reduce pain and discomfort, protect against injury… and rediscover the joy of living in our own body.
